Kidz in the South - 13th of JUNE 2013

On the 13th of June 2013 Smile will be attending an exhibition dedicated to children with special needs. The exhibition will take place at Rivermead Leisure Centre, Richfield Avenue,Reading.

Exhibition details:
One of 3 of the largest, FREE, UK exhibitions dedicated to children with disabilities and special needs, their families and professionals who work with them.

Over a 120 exhibitors offering advice and information on funding, mobility, seating, beds, communication, access, education, toys, transport, style, sensory, sports and leisure.

Running alongside the even are FREE seminars for parents and professionals.

Come and see our Inclusive Sport zone, with a host of sports on show; demonstrated by RGK Wheelchairs, CP Sports, Go Kids Go, Volleyball England and Disability Tennis Foundation.

Smile is attending Talk shop - 21st of June 2013

Talk Shop is a one day conference event for SLT's and OT's primarily working in the paediatric field. It is designed to give you the space time to re-discover your passion for your work; rekindle your creativity; share information; view a wealth of different resources and be able to buy that 'product that I've been searching for ages!'; the opportunity to 'sell' your resource ideas to different companies; discover new ideas and products; be involved with discussion groups: have the chance to attend workshops to listen to expert speakers and most importantly network and update your CPD.
